Cape Fencing Academy Membership Registration Form

Please fill out the form below to commit to becoming a club member of Cape Fencing Academy. All club members commit to joining the Cape Fencing Academy for one calendar year, from the date of signing this document, and to pay the monthly membership fee of R550 every month for the next 12 months, regardless of attendance, unless otherwise agreed with the club to in writing. This form is valid for one calendar year from date of signing.

CFA Membership rules:

Do not point a weapon at anyone not wearing a mask
Do not intentionally hurt, injure, or cause damage to an opponent
The theft of other member's or the club's property will not be tolerated
All Club Equipment to be returned to the club after use.

I commit to following the rules of the club and abiding by the codes and rules set for the sport of fencing by FWC, FFSA and the FIE.

I understand the risks involved in the practice of the sport of fencing and will not hold Cape Fencing Academy (PTY) Ltd or its contractors responsible for injury or loss sustained while partaking in fencing related activities.
